Revision policy

The number of revisions you receive depends on the package you have purchased. Revised designs are delivered within 48 hours of your feedback. There is no additional charge for a revision as long as the design concept itself does not change.

Turnaround time

Most design services carry a turnaround of 48 to 72 hours per design iteration. This applies to each iteration, not to the project as a whole. Requests made on a Friday are delivered by the end of the following Tuesday.

If you are not satisfied with the initial logo or website designs we present, you may request a full refund, subject to the refund policy below.

Refund policy

The money-back guarantee is conditional. It becomes void in any of the following circumstances:

• You have chosen a custom package rather than a published one
• You have approved the primary design concept or finalised the logo
• Your website has been launched and is live
• You have requested revisions to the design
• More than two weeks have passed without contact from you
• You have engaged another designer for the same project
• You have changed the design direction completely
• You have changed your mind, or a business partner disagrees with the decision

Other refund terms that apply:

• A 50% refund may be agreed following a discussion with your Project Manager, depending on the stage the work has reached
• A refund applies to a single service rather than to an entire bundle of services
• A 33% administrative fee applies to pre-project cancellations that are unrelated to the design itself
• Non-design services — domains, hosting, SSL certificates, maintenance, SEO plans, social media marketing and ad campaigns — are generally not refundable
• We reserve the right to reject a project or cancel a contract at our discretion

Claiming a refund

Refund requests can be made by phone on +92 334 1431446, by live chat, or by email to Muhammad@metacreativedesigner.com. Pre-project cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order to qualify for a full refund.

We offer unlimited revisions, within the limits of your chosen package, until you are satisfied with the result. The guarantee covers refinement of an agreed design direction, not repeated changes of direction.

Delivery policy

Orders are delivered on the date stated in your order confirmation, with a minimum of two business days. Websites are made live only after all payments have cleared.

Design ownership and rights

You own 100% of the finalised designs and receive the final core files on completion of the project and payment in full. Materials created during revision cycles that were not selected as the final design remain our property.

Content creation and population

We create website text and source stock imagery as part of the agreed scope. Stock images are purchased after your approval. We are not responsible for similarities between licensed stock imagery used on your site and imagery used elsewhere. Product images and product details are supplied by you.

NDA and reputation

Your information is kept confidential, and we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement on request at no cost. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage the other following successful completion of a project.

Record maintenance

We keep records of finalised designs so that files can be recovered if an order is misplaced or lost on your side. This is a courtesy rather than a guaranteed archival service, and you should keep your own copy of final files.

Customer support

Phone support is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT. Emails received outside these hours are handled on the next business day.

Technical support policy

We are primarily a design and development provider. We provide basic setup information for hosting, CMS and email, but we do not provide detailed training or third-party software installation as part of a standard package.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hosting providers. No service level agreement applies unless a maintenance package has been purchased separately.

Communication policy

Only communication sent from our official company email addresses is considered valid. We are not responsible for issues arising from instructions or agreements made through other channels.

Email and mobile phone policy

By providing your email address and phone number, you agree to receive communications relating to your project. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.

Standard message and data rates may apply. We send no more than one customer care message per day. Your phone number is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this website. The version published here is the version that applies.
